In this appointment Coach Maryann will discuss your child and your families’ eating and meal time habits before providing guidance for how to improve your child’s picky eating behaviors.

Guidance for a Family Based Approach to Healthier Eating (Obesity Management)

If you are concerned about your child’s health, this session is for you. Given the sensitive nature of the topic, weight is not addressed. Coach Maryann emphasizes a family based approach to healthy and sustainable nutrition and lifestyle changes.

Coach Maryann will review what your family eats, as well as exercise, eating out, screen time and other lifestyle patterns. She will then work with your family to choose small, sustainable choices that will help everyone to have more energy, feel better, and be healthier.

In this session Coach Maryann will review what your child eats as well as other factors that may be leading to constipation before providing tips to help your child become regular again.

Is your teen athlete struggling to properly fuel him or herself? Then this session is for you! Coach Maryann was a teen and collegiate athlete herself and has hands on experience, as well as evidenced-based guidance, that will help your teen athlete perform at his or her best.
