Homemade Granola Recipe
This recipe is easy and flexible. Your rule to follow is to bake the oats, oils and nuts first. Once it is cool, you can throw in other fun things like 1 cup of dried cherries, chocolate chips, or coconut. Go wild!
When it’s time to eat, you have so many options! Granola plus yogurt is the perfect breakfast or snack. We love it because it combines foods that fill us up and taste delicious. Hope you love this recipe!
Preheat oven to 325F
Mix together ¼ cup Canola Oil, ½ cup Maple syrup, and ¼ cup Honey
Add ¼ tsp Salt, 4 cups Rolled Oats, and 1 cup chopped walnuts or nut mix.
Mix it all up and spread evenly on a baking tray with Parchment paper
Bake for 45 mins. Stir it half way through.
