Hummus Recipe

There are tons of hummus recipes out there but this is the one Dr. Maria’s Arabic husband makes that is traditional. It can’t be beat! 

Chickpeas are a great source of protein for kids. Hummus is great for dipping or as a spread. If you omit the salt in this recipe it is a great baby food. Best of all you can involve your kids! Have them help you measure out, pour in, and press buttons.

step one- wash your hands

step 2 Add 1 can of chickpeas (liquid drained) to food processor and puree
