Kale Chips
If the thought of a kale salad makes you cringe, give kale another change. In the chip form, kale tastes great. It’s the perfect combo of salty and crunchy. Enjoy!
Wash your hands
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
Remove stems from bunch of curly kale. Use knife or tear!
Massage kale with olive oil. Use enough to do a thin coat. Sprinkle with salt.
Put on baking tray lined with parchment paper. Keep kale spread out!
Bake for 10 to 15 mins. Watch carefully. You want it to be crisp.
