1 cup ice
1 cup strawberries (frozen or fresh)
1/2 cup blueberries (frozen or fresh)
2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
1 big scoop peanut butter
3 tbs hemp seeds
1 tbs vanilla protein powder
